Dale Jr. and Noah Gragson will sport special iRacing paint schemes this weekend as The Dale Jr. Foundation and Unilever team up to help fight hunger.

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (April 24, 2020) – Dale Earnhardt Jr. has a long and fruitful relationship with Unilever Brands, particularly Hellmann’s, It’s about to get more fruitful—and exciting—with the news that the 15-time NASCAR Most Popular Driver and racing legend will help Hellmann’s “Fight Hunger. Spark Change.” with Walmart and Feeding America®.

JRM driver Noah Gragson will also campaign a similar scheme on his No. 9 Chevrolet in the Saturday Night Thunder eNASCAR iRacing race on the virtual Talladega Superspeedway and in the NASCAR Xfinity Series event on the real TSS oval later this season.

The Dale Jr. Foundation will also make a split donation of $8,888 to Feeding America and to Blessings in a Backpack, one of the many organizations The Dale Jr. Foundation proudly supports. In 2016, Hellmann’s and Blessings in a Backpack were sponsors on Earnhardt Jr.’s winning No. 88 JRM Chevrolet at Richmond Raceway, which resulted in a donation of more than $150,000 to the charitable organization.

Walmart and Feeding America® have partnered for the past seven years to help fight hunger and spark change in communities across the country. Feeding America, a nationwide network of food banks, provides nutritious meals to seniors, children and people who need it most. It is the largest domestic hunger-relief organization in the country with a nationwide network of 200 food banks and 60,000 food pantries and meal programs. The organization provides meals to more than 40 million people each year.

Unilever and its brands (Hellmann’s, Knorr, Lipton and Ben & Jerry’s) are participating in the program, and Hellmann’s has committed to donate to Feeding America based on Earnhardt Jr.’s performance in Sunday’s 94-lap event. Each lap led by Earnhardt Jr. during the race will add to the base donation, as will an Earnhardt Jr. victory at one of his best tracks (six NASCAR Cup Series victories and another in the NXS over his career.

The “Fight Hunger. Spark Change” campaign will run online and in-store through May 11, 2020. There are two ways to participate – donate to Feeding America or purchase a participating item in-store or online. For each participating Unilever product purchased at Walmart from April 13 — May 11, 2020, Unilever will donate the monetary equivalent of at least 1 meal ($0.10) to Feeding America®.?Unilever guarantees a minimum total donation of $250,000. Maximum total donation $1,000,000.? $1 helps provide at least 10 meals secured by Feeding America on behalf of local member food banks.
