Elliott Sadler, driver No. 1 Dale’s Pale Ale team

"The guys brought a fast Dale's Pale Ale Chevrolet for tomorrow. This is my favorite mile-and-a-half race track and we obviously want to win and lock ourselves into the Championship 4 at Homestead. We're going to do all we can to be one step closer to racing for all the marbles in two weeks."

Michael Annett, driver No. 5 Pilot Flying J team

“Our Pilot Flying J team unloaded a great car for us today in Texas. We showed speed in both practices and really worked on our handling and overall feel in the second practice. We still have a few things that we are going to tweak, but I am really looking forward to racing tomorrow. We are going to stay focused and continue chasing that first win for the No. 5 Chevrolet.”

Justin Allgaier, driver No. 7 Degree Deodorant team

“The guys worked really hard on getting this Degree Deodorant Chevy ready and it showed today in practice. The track conditions for the race will be quite a bit different than it was today because we’ll be racing at night and it was slicker today than it was in the spring, but I still think we were able to get some good info. I’m looking forward to tomorrow night. Racing here at Texas under the lights is always a lot of fun.”

William Byron, driver No. 9 Liberty University team

“I thought we ended practice really strong and I feel like we made good improvements throughout both practice sessions. Our Liberty University Chevrolet was really good at the end and hopefully we can carry this over into tomorrow’s qualifying session and race. It would be great to get a win tomorrow and clinch a spot in the Championship 4.”
